How Can I Pay?

We accept the following payment methods: 

1. Credit and debit card online or by telephone. 
2. BACS payment
3. Cheque; and
4. Purchase order issued by government, a local authority or public body. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.

Can I Pay On Account? 
 
Payment for products and all applicable delivery charges is to be made in advance. We do accept purchase orders as stated above but please see our terms and conditions for further information.

What Are Your Delivery Charges? 
 
Our delivery charges for UK mainland locations are £29 plus VAT for all orders under £350 plus VAT or free for all orders over £350 plus VAT. 

Our delivery charges apply to all UK mainland locations except to addresses north of Glasgow or Edinburgh which may incur a delivery surcharge. Deliveries into some areas such as Devon, Cornwall, parts of the West Country, and London may incur a surcharge for some products. Our customer service team will contact you if a delivery surcharge applies to your order, alternatively please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm the applicable delivery charges. Please note our standard delivery charges do not apply to deliveries to Ireland, UK islands and overseas. Please contact our customer services team prior to placing your order to confirm the applicable delivery charges. 

Where Will You Deliver To? 
 
We deliver throughout the UK. We do not ordinarily deliver to addresses outside the UK, so please contact our customer service team to discuss overseas delivery and the applicable delivery charges before placing your order. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.

How Long Is Delivery From Order? 
 
An estimated delivery time is stated for each product on our site and we will confirm the estimated delivery date in our order confirmation. Although we endeavour to deliver products within the estimated time period and usually do so, any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.

Can I Get Samples Of Products Before Placing An Order?

We can provide samples of certain products on our site. If you are interested in requesting a sample product before placing an order then please contact our customer service team. Please note that we may have to charge for certain sample products.

Can I Get Actual Samples Of Fabrics & Vinyls Before Placing An Order? 
 
Yes and we recommend that you request samples of fabrics and vinyls before placing your order so that you can see the actual fabric and vinyl used, as we cannot guarantee that the images on our site always accurately reflect  the product. Please see our terms and conditions for further information. If you are interested in requesting a sample before placing an order then please contact our customer service team.
 
What Warranty Do You Offer On The Products? 

All new products we sell come with a manufacturer’s guarantee specific to the product. We provide an overview of the relevant manufacturer’s guarantee on our site, however, for full details of the relevant manufacturer’s guarantee please contact our customer service team.

We provide a 6 month warranty for all used products we sell. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.
 
What Do I Do With Missing Or Damaged Items? 
 
You must inspect all products upon delivery and contact us immediately and in any event within 24 hours of delivery with a full description of the problem and photographs (if necessary). Please see our terms and condition for further information.
